- At the moment of the booking, 30% advance payment is required; it is usually required a deposit of € 100 at the arrival; final payment at departure (credit card payment available)

To guarantee the best welcome, we invite you to communicate the estimated arrival time, at least one day before the arrival. At the moment of the booking it is possible to ask for a different arrival and/or departure time from the abovementioned ones.

Further information
An independent entrance with automatic gate lets you enter the Residence Pettinaro, the wide car park and the garden. Our guests are completely free to enter and exit at any time the complex: at the arrival, together with the apartment keys, you will get the gate remote control, too.
Small and medium size pets are welcomed. For medium and big size pets please contact the structure at the moment of the booking to ask whether it is possible to accommodate the pet, with an extra price.
Other indications
To make your stay as pleasant as possible we set some basic rules to be followed:
- inform the owners of every damage or malfunction it may occur
- have a suitable behaviour in particular in the common areas (swimming pool, ping-pong area, garden, etc…)
- smoking is forbidden
- leave the apartment in order before departure
- pets are welcomed in our property, but we kindly ask our guests to look after them in the respect of other clients, and take care personally of the hygienic norms inside and outside the apartment
